We have installed an afterburner, which is a mechanism that is attached to the coffee roasting equipment and is designed to heat up, so the fumes emitted by coffee roasting are eliminated.

Brew beans within 7-10 days after roasting for best flavor. Grind beans just before use.
BACK TO THE BASICS.
Use fresh, filtered cold water. Water represents 98% of the beverage, so ideally water should be filtered to eliminate particles, high levels of minerals, and odors.
DON'T LET IT GET COLD.
Use two tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz water. Drink within 20 minutes of brewing.
